NLSAP-GUI

The NLSAP-GUI Beta V1.5 is released. At the moment only a few functions are available, including Repeat Extractor (RE) but more programs will be added in future releases.

Supported Platforms: Unix/Linux, Windows OS, Mac OS X. (OS 9 has not been tested yet.)
Requirements: Java VM (Download)

The GUI framework for NLSAP is under development and the released Beta V1.5 comes with limited features.

NLSAP now has:
- Repeat Extractor
- Count Bases
- Pick Sequence
- GUI Tool for Blast 2 Sequences (NCBI)

Download NLSAP-GUI.

Installation:

To run NLSAP-GUI, Java VM should be installed.

Windows Users:

1. Install EMBOSS from here: (Download)
2. Double click NLSAP.jar to start the application.
Note: The SDR-alignments in RE is not supported in Windows.

Unix/Linux Users:

Use:

> java -jar NLSAP.jar

Mac Users:

1. Run Install_NLSAP_macosx.pkg for installation.
2. Double click on NLSAP.jar
